Our client, a global leader in security products, is currently seeking a Service Dispatcher to join its staff. They provide thousands of products and services internationally, ranging from electronic security and alarm monitoring to fire-fighting equipment and breathing apparatus, water purification and flow control solutions. The Service Dispatcher will be expected to Provide a variety of administrative and dispatching duties to inspection/service department.
Additionally the Service Dispatcher will take on the following daily responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Calling customers due for inspections and scheduling geographically and efficiently .
Close and open calls utilizing on-line dispatching system.
Coordinate and schedule inspections.
Maintain extensive service contract filing system.
Provide back up in other departments during employee absences.
Qualifications:
Experience in extreme multi-tasking and prioritization a must.
Computer literacy with working knowledge of Windows and Oracle based computer applications.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to handle a high volume of customer calls.
Ability to type at least 40 wpm.
