Job Description: The chosen candidate will be in charge of performing any task asked of them, ranging from sweeping the floors to operating a wrapping machine. Other duties that will be performed include:
-shoveling material
-lifting up to 75 lbs
-safety
-prolonged sitting, standing
-confined spaces
-bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, ladders
-work in all environments (cold, heat, dust, etc)
Performance Expectations: The chosen candidate will be in expected to show up to work everyday and work hard. Candidates are also measured on attendance, reliability, maintenance assistance and supervision as needed, and a positive attitude.
Day 1: Training all day, watching videos and observing other people working
Additional Compensation: Candidates need to be open to different shifts, including 12-hour shifts. Candidates can expect anywhere from 5-10 hrs of overtime per week. They will be provided with their Hard Hat, Safety Glasses, and ear plugs, but must provide their own Steel Toed boots.
