About this job
The Maintenance Technician provides maintenance in such areas as plumbing, painting, roof repairs, carpentry, water main repairs and installation, electrical, buildings and equipment. This position is responsible for correctly processing paperwork, maintaining stock levels of tools, parts, and equipment, and perform a variety of maintenance tasks.
1st & 2nd shift (7AM-7PM, 7PM-7AM)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Knowledge of the methods, practices, tools, and materials used in maintenance & repair work
Ability to operate, install, and repair equipment
Ability to perform a variety of construction, maintenance, and repair tasks (e.g. plumbing, carpentry, electrical)
Maintain stock levels of tools, parts and equipment as needed
Operate hand and power tools (e.g. drills, saws, lathes)
