About this job
Our Client is a consulting engineering firm, providing engineering services covering heating, ventilating, air conditioning, power and lighting, plumbing and fire protection services.
Ranging in scope from small tenant layouts to complete engineering design services for new construction of major facilities, shopping centers, office buildings, ect. We are currently seeking an Electrical Designer for a permanent placement position. This person will be responsible for Power and Lighting Design, Light Safety Systems Design, and av Sound Design. Experience with Schools is a huge plus.
The work environment is laid back and casual. The hours are normal 8-5 hours business hours. Will be in an office environment the majority of the time.
Qualifications:
-Experience with Power and Lighting systems design
-Experience with Autocad 2012 (Revit is a plus)
-NEC proficiency
-Military drafting experience or past projects with Army corp of engineers
