Our company specializes in the residential plumbing, heating, cooling and electrical repair and replacement needs of the Boulder and Denver regions. Our company has a 10,000 square foot facility, from which 40 technicians and 15 office staff members will perform over 20,000 service calls this year!

Job Duties:
- Provide frontline customer service by answering questions, solving problems, entering orders and doing order follow-up;
- Maximize customer contact on the telephone by turning inquiries into orders;
- Encourage expanded sale of products while customer is on the telephone;
- Maintain relationships with established customers;
- Write bids and quotations when appropriate and does follow-up;
- Accomplish department and organization sales goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Primary responsibility for driving increased sales by developing stronger relationships with customers through conducting outbound communications.
- Meet face-to-face with customers by offering and educating them on product value and functionality.
- Develop strong relationships with our customer base.
- Document and provide customer activity reports to management related to increased sales, customer issues, opportunities for growth, and customer needs.

Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or Commensurate Experience preferred
- 2-5 years professional customer service and/or inside sales experience
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records
- Knowledge of company procedures, pricing structure, and market competition
- Must have intermediate/advanced computer skills with the following applications:
- MS Office Suite (*MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint), ACT, MAS and Internet
- Must have strong time management and organizational skills
- Must have high aptitude, ability to learn systems/products/product applications quickly
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude
