Aerotek Professional Services is seeking Mail Order Pharmacy Representatives in the Greendwood Village area.
Candidates must have 1 year of Call Center experience and while Healthcare experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. We are looking for people who can be compassionate and walk people through tough situations
Performance is measured by the following:
-Product knowledge
-Customer focused mindset
-Opening and closing of the call (following the script)
-Personalizing the call
They expect 30-50 calls a day but every day is different. Their biggest concern is that people show up and show up on time. Candidates must show a passion for customer service and help the callers through their issues
Shifts: They are open 24/7, 365 days a year, however your shift could only start as early as 6am and work as late as 10pm. This could change based on business needs, so you will need to be able to work flexible hours. If you shift falls on a holiday, you will be required to work that day, so you must be flexible with schedule.
Attendance and punctuality are extremely important to this manager so all candidates have to be very professional and prompt.
Dress code:
-Business casual Monday- Wednesday
-Thursday - Sunday neat jeans and golf shirt. no T shirts.
Start date: October 14, 2013
