About this job
Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling and routing all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Responsible for all outgoing faxes, routing incoming faxes and mail, filing and copying
- Responsible for maintaining the necessary office supplies, and ordering supplies from the corporate office when necessary
- Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of payroll entry at the branch
- responsible for the generation of the Certified Payroll Report, when required
- Responsible for the entry of branch cash transactions, and the maintenance of all cash records
- Responsible for the administration of any local banking and deposits
- Responsible for the entry of branch operations checks
- Responsible for the entry of manual cost transactions - job costs, service costs, cost transfers
- Responsible for purchase order entry and audit when required by the Purchasing Manager
- Responsible for supplying any administrative support required by the Dispatcher/Administrator
Requirements
Daily Work
- Handling and routing all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Payroll timecard entry and audit
- Invoice reprints and mailing
- Data entry assistance required by operations staff - purchase order entry, opening work orders, work order descriptions, call slip entry or any related paperwork
- Daily audit of all daily data entry functions
- Assembling and sending corporate packets
- Filing assistance required by operations staff
- Mail and message distribution
- Banking/Deposits
- Logging and filing all branch checks
- Word processing support for operations staff
