Job Description

Cooks will accurately and efficiently cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other hot food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. Duties may include, but are not limited to: Preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu item plates.

• Prepares a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items for cooking on grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment
• Ability to prepare lunch style grill cooking; basic hamburgers, grill cheese, basic grill work
• Refer to daily prep list and the start of each shift for assigned duties
• Must know how to make wraps and sandwiches deli style
• Experienced in all aspects of deli preparation work
• Promptly reports equipment and food quality or shortage problems

Ideal Candidates

• 6 months of relevant experience is a must
• Food handler permit preferred
• Committed to safety at all times
• Excellent attendance

Pay Rate: $9.00 per hour

Shift/Hours: Monday – Friday, 1st shift
