About this job
Our client located in the East Bay has a need for a data entry operator with strong 10 key and alphanumeric key strokes. Ideally, we are looking for candidates with working experience in a manufacturing or production facility background. Candidates will need to communicate with Spanish speaking employees on the production floor
The majority of the duties are broken down as follows:
70% of the time will be on manufacturing order processing
30% Accounts Payable, payroll backup and fixed assets processing
The general duties include invoice matching, information transferring and heavy keyboard work. Candidate must have a good understanding of data entry procedures with invoicing, MS Office suite including Excel and general office duties.
This opportunity is full time, 40 hour days, 5 days a week possibly more depending on work load.
Interested candidates will be administered a typing test for speed and accuracy including background and drug screens.
