Duties: Provide Customer Support for current customers, proficiency in multitasking and computer processes, have patience and express empathy.
Requirements: At least one year in customer service. Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support. Working knowledge of technical terminology and interest in information systems.
Those with experience in call center, retail, hospitality, or food industry are welcomed to apply! Paid training will be provided.
-HS Diploma or GED required
-Must be willing to submit to both drug screen and background check
