About this job

Job Description:

-Agents take inbound calls from current consumers and troubleshoot issues pertaining to their account which could include digital home phone, internet, and/or cable
-40%-50% of calls end in dispatch, need to make sure the customer has a good experience and the call is not transactional
-Providing technical support for current consumer accounts and retain unsatisfied consumers by seeking a solution
-Ability to meet and exceed daily/weekly quotas on a consistent basis and maintain the highest level of customer care service
-Soft sell at the end of every call. “Is there anything else I can help you with today?”
-Proficient in multi-tasking and navigating within multiple PC screens/applications
-From 30-40 calls/day, depending on volume (average 30 calls/day)
