ATM Technician

Fulltime Position Our maintenance technicians have a complete understanding of all ATM hardware and software applications, relying upon years of maintenance experience and hundreds of hours of ongoing training to keep our customers' ATMs in peak condition. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: o Drive company vehicles to various ATM or customer locations o Be readily available to accept ATM repair calls from the Operations Center within all service hours o Manage calls and time to meet service level obligations o Communicate regularly with management on calls, inventory, escalations, etc. o Run diagnostics on troubled ATMs and perform preventative maintenance on ATMs when applicable o Perform 2nd line and 1st line mechanical and electronic repairs on various ATM models o Understand ATM error codes and troubleshoot for problems if fix is not apparent o Successfully utilize all testing equipment such as a multimeters and communication break out box, etc. o Maintain and order stock for various ATM types within region o Work with ATM owner, bank representative, or subcontractor to solve and report customer ATM issues and communicate with customers in person or via telephone on troubled machines when needed o Perform new ATM installations o Ensure company vehicle is properly maintained and cleanly (to be used for company purposes only) o Activate, deactivate, install, and shelve Mas Hamilton locks Minimum Qualifications to be considered for this job: o Must be familiar with ATM installations o Basic PC knowledge and the ability to follow PC applications o Comprehensive knowledge of mechanics and mechanical repair o Ability to write reports, records, and correspondence o Ability to read and understand manuals, repair orders, and technical information o 2 year degree in electronics or related field preferred o Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly o Unrestricted ability to bend, stoop, squat, walk, climb, twist, turn, and reach out o Excellent customer service and communication skills o Strong ethics and integrity o Flexible work schedule (which may include nights, weekends, holiday, and long hours) and regular attendance necessary. Required Certificates/Licenses/Prerequisites: - Possession of a valid driver license and must be able to operate a motor vehicle safely in accordance with the Driver Physical Qualifications established by the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration - No crimminal History, background checks performed - Credit score > 620 - Over 21 years old, good driving record
