Our client, located in Norwood, MA, is actively searching for an enthusiastic and dedicated candidate for a customer service representative position. In this position, the customer service representative will be responsible for consultative communication and customer service for in-bound calls.
This is a full-time 5 month temporary position with opportunity for permanent employment! The call center is open from Monday - Friday and shifts are available at either 10am-7pm, 11am-8pm, or 12pm-9pm..

Pay: $14/hour

The office is not accessible by public transportation, so candidates must have a form of transportation to reach the office without the use of the train or bus.

Main Job Responsibilities:
-Answering all incoming calls, with an emphasis on first-call resolution of customer issues.
-Assist with requests from difficult clients at times.
-Research and provide solutions to clients, ensuring a positive service experience.

Working hours: 10am-7pm, 11am-8pm, or 12pm-9pm

Qualifications:
Must have a High School Diploma
Must have access to a car - the site is not accessible by MBTA
At least 1-2 years of customer service experience
Excellent oral communications skills, able to speak in a clear manner
Comfortable with speaking on the phone
Have proven success in a customer service role (industry experience or call center experience not required)
