Responsibilities:
Responsible for all client support and account management of the Corporate Leasing Department
To include:
- Nurture and develop client relationships, effectively resolve client concerns and provide informative, responsive client support
- Gain in depth knowledge of Client Service team philosophy, leasing programs, fleet services, workflow, processes as well as the executive and sales support
- Support client base through telephone, email, bold chat and direct contact
- Receive and develop inbound leads for prospect initial contact
- Utilize CRM software to document, manage and track client support and vehicle transactions
- Assist with the acquisition and delivery of factory ordered and out of stock vehicles
- Support owners and sales executives in pricing, calculating, preparing and submitting lease proposals
- Create pricing workbooks and communicate with client on order acceptance
- Review all incoming orders for accuracy and prepare the orders for efficient placement and processing to Lease Operations
- Establish new accounts, provide welcome services, Fleet Access training to clients and determine and implement services and programs needed by the clients
- Host presentations to prospects and clients
- Act as a liaison between Sales Execs and Clients with other departments
- Promote and implement all aspects of the Leasing programs and Fleet Services available

Working hours: 8am-5pm

Requirements:
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail ability to focus on accuracy
Outstanding customer service abilities to include professional phone manner
Ability to develop and deliver presentations to clients in person and through webinar
Ability to prioritize work and multi task
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to effectively communicate with a wide range of client contacts from clerical to Executive level
Proven track record of problem resolution and decision making
Advanced Computer skills to include word processing, excel, outlook, power point and internet
High energy, as well as a pleasant and professional demeanor
Ability to work as part of a team while accomplishing departmental and company goals
Travel to client sites for "in person" visits in nurturing client relationships
Previous experience in the vehicle purchasing/leasing desired, but not required
Previous experience in a Customer Service environment - minimum of 5 years
Previous experience with CRM software as well as Client Portal
Proven track record and comfort level working in a fast pace environment
Must be able to work overtime as required
Education level: Minimum of a 4 year Bachelors Degree or equivalent of industry experience
