Hiring Full Time Customer Service Representatives for an Inbound Help Desk in Tempe, AZ.
Our CSR's will take inbound calls from existing customers, assisting them with basic troubleshooting on their phone, internet, and cable bundle product. We strive to provide world class customer service - Please apply if you have excellent customer service experience, preferably from the hospitality industry (food service, retail, etc.).
Candidates must be computer savvy, able to toggle between multiple screens, type a minimum of 30 WPM, able to navigate through Windows and Internet browsers. Must have basic knowledge of computer hardware (routers, Ethernet cables, etc.)
Full Time Positions ONLY
40+ hours per week
AM and Afternoon shifts available - must be able to work weekends
$11/hour with opportunity for Overtime and Monthly Performance Bonus
Ability to promote to a higher level CSR (with pay increase) within 90 based, based on performance and attendance
Must be able to pass Drug Screen and Background Check
Must provide proof of HSD/GED completion
