Primary Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare mechanical, electrical, and limited architectural layouts and design drawings from engineering notes, sketches
- Ensure that all design drawings and plans meet company and industry CAD standards
- Work closely with Engineers and Project Managers to ensure coordination across disciplines
- Design and draft the following types of plans using AutoDesk AutoCAD LT:
- Facility shell design, plan views
- Electrical schematics, panel schedules, elevations, risers
- Mechanical plans, ductwork and piping diagrams, details
- Circuit schematics, controls diagrams
- Organize and maintain all revisions of project drawings, plot files, and project-related information in a logical and structured manner
- Prepare project submissions
