Develop and implement metrics to measure and track the effectiveness of the communication plan and modify the communication plan as needed Engage with management to better support leaders in making it easier to deliver information to their associates Regularly assess and establish baseline metrics for associate engagement and increase levels of engagement by developing effective engagement programs and incentive campaigns Recognize brand ambassadors within the organization and feature them in company communications Manage relationships with external third party vendors Job Requirements -          Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, communications, business, or related field required -          5+ year experience in Corporate Communications or Communications role supporting, either in agency or in-house -          Strong writing and strategic planning skills combined with an attention to detail -          The ability to effectively manage/coordinate simultaneous projects, and successfully prioritize multiple tasks with good judgment -          Exceptional organizational skills including ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects -          High aptitude for creative thinking balanced against bottom line business needs -          Ability to work collaboratively with others and develop consensus within diverse groups and with people at all levels within the organization -          Ability to understand challenges or underlying concerns, share ideas, and develop effective responses, or elevate to higher management At Aaron’s, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package that includes:   Paid time off including vacation days, sick days and holidays Bonus & commission opportunities Ongoing training and development Medical, dental & vision insurance 401(k) plan Life insurance Disability benefits Employee Purchase Discounts A drug screen and criminal background investigation are required before beginning employment at Aaron’s.  A job performance reference check is also required.   Aaron’s is an Equal Opportunity Employer
