  • Meets/exceeds monthly, quarterly and annual net revenue and EBITDA budget for all branches in assigned region.
  • Trains, motivates and develops sales representatives to grow core therapy admits market share with current referral sources and gain new core therapy admits with new referral sources.
  • Conducts routine all day field travel with sales representatives to coach/counsel performance, to evaluate effectiveness of sales calls, to maintain key referral relationships and to help develop and to close key accounts.
  • Accurately assesses sales territory opportunities. Determines appropriate staffing requirements and equable territory assignments within budgetary guidelines.
  • Develops monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals for individual sales representatives.
  • Develops and implements marketing strategies to increase market share. Analyzes actual sales monthly performance to goal for assigned territory assisting sales representatives in territory growth planning, understanding variances and implementing required remedial action plans to correct performance.
  • Conducts market analysis, tracks competitor's products and services based on input from the sales representatives.
  • Markets new services, therapies and products to customers.
  • Conducts annual performance appraisals in a timely manner.
  • Works collaboratively with operational and clinical team to achieve highest quality service levels consistent with organizational guidelines.
  • Performs other related duties as directed by supervisor.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree plus a minimum of five years of sales experience, preferably two to three years sales management.
  • Valid driver's license and appropriate insurance.
  • Leadership skills and negotiation skills required.
  • Must possess moderate to high level of computer literacy in Microsoft office products, internet searches and internet navigation.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • This position requires 80%+ field travel with sales representatives.
  • This position requires regular walking and standing, with occasional sitting.
  • This position requires the use of hands to finger, handle or feel objects and the ability to reach with hands and arms.
  • This position requires constant talking and hearing.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distant vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • The employee is exposed to outside weather conditions when traveling.
