Sales Engineer:

We are currently hiring a Sales Engineer/Sales Representative in Hugo, MN for a local manufacturer of custom wire products. The focus of this position will be on custom job shops, bale ties, wholesale product lines and concrete wire forms. This is an excellent opportunity for permanent placement with a family owned company.

Job Requirements:

· 10 yrs field experience selling industrial fabricated products.

· Experience with factory functions and machine capabilities.

· Blue print and drafting skills.

· Negotiating skills.

· Cold calling skills, sense of urgency.

· Ability to work as a team and independently.

· 5 yrs marketing exp. accounting skills.

· Need to have good computer skills

· Be able to travel, setup trade shows, work trade shows.

· Call on local customers door to door / face to face in the St. Paul/Minneapolis suburbs

Ideal Candidates :

• Formal education and executive training preferred
• Committed to safety at all times
• Excellent attendance and punctual

Pay Rate:$20-25 base salary plus benefits (based on gross margin)

Shift/Hours: 8am-5pm
