About this job
The employee will be working on the production floor and will position parts in specified locations using a variety of fastening devices and other sub-components. Operate hand-held air-driven tools, electrical tools, tappers and pem machines. Operate equipment to bend and form metal in accordance with customer specification. Operate equipment in a safe and reasonable manner. Complete all paperwork as required, while being able to read and understand shop order routing procedures. Produce quality products while also working to achieve production standards. Use precision measuring instruments as required..

Physical requirements:
- 40#'s of lifting.
- Repetitive use of hands, arms & wrists

Employee needs to be reliable with an excellent attendance record, have an attention for detail, good hand/eye dexterity and have the ability to cross-train into other areas. Must be able to stand for entire 8 hour shift. This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 pounds and frequent lifting of 10-15 pounds. This position requires repetitive movements of the hands, wrists, and arms, and constant lifting, bending, twisting, grabbing, and carrying of product. Employee is also required to walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Must be able to work independently and as a team. Must follow instructions/direction. Be able and willing to work overtime. Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, looks for ways to improve production and quality, and uses time efficiently. Meets or exceeds production goals, completes work in a timely manner. Ability to do basic math including adding, subtracting, multiplication and division.
High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required. Be able to understand visual part aspects, follow verbal and written directions, and be able to understand and follow basic safety standards. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
Openings available on all shifts.
1st shift is 7am to 3pm, Monday thru Friday and pays $9.25/hour
2nd shift is 3pm to 11pm, Monday thru Friday and pays $9.50/hour
3rd shift is 11pm to 7am, Sunday thru Thursday and pays $9.75/hour
