We are currently hiring Machine Operators in the Monticello, MN area! This is an excellent temp-to-hire opportunity with a great company!

Job Description:
- Operate, set-up and maintain machines to fabricate high quality products
- Develop layout and plan for sequence of operation
- Inspect product for defects
- Monitor scrap rates and identify potential component waste
- Design and construct templates as needed
- Box product for shipment
- Keep area clean and free of debris

Job Requirements:
- Previous machine operator/production experience a plus
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Ability to read and comprehend written work instructions
- Understand decimal conversion for time keeping and material accuracy
- Must be quality conscious and possess ability to meet production and quality standards
- Background check and drug screening required

Ideal Candidates:
- Router operating experience a plus
- Committed to safety at all times
- Excellent attendance


Pay Rate: $10/hr
Shift/Hours: Monday-Friday; 7am-3:30pm
