Spartan is currently hiring an experienced Administrative Customer Service Representative for the Tampa, FL area.
Job Description
The Administrative Customer Service Representative will be working in a warehouse environment and will be responsible for all administrative duties and customer service as well as helping out with loading and unloading of vehicles in the warehouse. Quickbooks and assisting loading up to 80lbs. are requirements of this opportunity.
Job Requirements
• Must be proficient in QUICKBOOKS
• Assist lifting and loading product up to 80-lbs thru out work shift
• Use system to input new clients, create work orders, invoice client, etc
• Schedule pick-up, delivery and installation of orders for client
• Greet walk-in customers and answer phone calls
• Skilled in managing inventory tracking, billing and running reports
Ideal Warehouse Associate Candidates
• Relevant experience preferred
• Committed to safety at all times
• Excellent attendance
Pay Rate: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour BOE
Shift/Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00am to 4:30pm
