We are currently hiring General Laborers in the Salem, IN area for a wooden barrel manufacturer! This temporary-to-hire position offers the opportunity to gain permanent employment.

Starting pay is $8.00 to $11.00 per hour.
Positions are on a variety of shifts working overtime and weekends

As a General Laborer, you may work in a variety of departments which include assembly, warehouse and machining. General Laborer positions learn skills to move into roles such as Machine Operators and Team Leads.


As a General Laborer you will be:
- Assisting in the production process
- Packaging/staging product
- Assembly of product


To perform the General Laborer role successfully, the following is required:
- Have prior warehouse/production experience
- Be able to stand for entire shift
- Have a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with little direction
