We are currently hiring Production Workers in the Franklin, IN area for an automotive remanufacturing facility! This temporary-to-hire position offers the opportunity to gain permanent employment.
Starting pay is $10.10 to $11.22 per hour.
Positions are on a variety of shifts:
1st shift Monday - Friday / 6am-2:30pm; if overtime is required may work as late as 4:30pm
2nd shift Monday - Friday / 2pm-10:30pm; if overtime is required require coming in earlier / stay later
3rd shift Sunday - Thursday / 8:30pm-5am; if overtime required may have to come in earlier
As a Production Worker, you will work in a high energy, fast paced environment. Production learn skills to move into roles such as Team Leads, and Supervisor roles.
As a Production Worker you will be:
- Disassembling parts
- Cleaning and retooling parts
- Assembly of remanufactured parts
To perform the Production Worker successfully, the following is required:
- Minimum three months experience repairing engines or operating machinery in a warehouse environment
- Knowledge of using hand and power tools in an extremely dirty environment
- Able to perform repetitive movements such as bending, stooping, tugging and lifting of 50 lbs
- Must be able to provide proof of a High School Diploma / GED
- Be able to pass required skilled assessments, background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Must be flexible to work throughout the warehouse in various departments based on the production needs
- Be able to work overtime as needed; including weekends long term
