Job Description

Property maintenance associate will be responsible for keeping the site property clean and presentable. Manually move materials or perform other general labor. Duties may include, but are not limited to:

Perform activities including interior and exterior painting and finishing, light repairs and cleaning as needed.

Clean and maintain tools, equipment and facilities including trash disposal, painting, washing windows

Operate lawn mower and other equipment to cut grass.

Job Requirements

Lift up to 40lbs

Janitorial and/or painting experience

Groundskeeper experience

HS Diploma/GED

Ideal Property Maintenance Candidates

Relevant experience preferred

Committed to safety at all times

Excellent attendance

Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour

Shift/Hours: 1st shift, Monday - Friday
