Spartan is currently hiring an experienced Maintenance Groundskeeper for a reputable manufacturing company in Elkhart, IN.
Job Description
Maintenance Groundskeeper will primarily work outdoors mowing, weeding, perform building maintenance, painting, cleaning, snow removal. Duties may include, but are not limited to:
•Mowing and weeding of building grounds
•Snow removal with plow truck, bobcat
•Use power sweeper and forklift
•Perform general tool maintenance
Job Requirements
•Able to operate lawn and truck equipment such as zero turn lawnmowers, trucks with snow plow
•Experience with small engine repair
•Mechanically inclined
• Ability to work independently, complete tasks in a timely manner
• Must be highly organized with a high level of attention to detail
• Must have valid Drivers License
Ideal Maintenance Groundskeeper Candidates
•2+ years relevant experience preferred
•Committed to safety at all times
•Excellent attendance
Pay Rate: $11-15 hour Based Upon Experience
Shift/Hours: 1st Shift Monday through Friday
