We are currently hiring for General Maintenance Laborers for an up coming project in Des Moines, IA. This is an outstanding temp to hire opportunity with a reputable companies.

Job Description:

General maintenance skills that can repair most anything, multiple talents and skill trades.

Job Requirements :

• High School Diploma/GED
• Excellent attendance, dependable transportation The ability to work in extreme weather conditions and warehouse environments ( hot/cold)
• Technical skills – able to handle consistent heavy lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly, use of hand tools, working extended shift hours when required and strong organizational skills.

• Teamwork – Exhibits objectivity/openness to others' ideas and try new things. Flexible

• Ethics – Works with integrity , must be able to pass Spartan Staffing assessments, work history that is verifiable.
• Organizational Support – Follows policies and procedures, safety awareness, works within established safety practices on the job, must wear safety equipment safety glasses and steel toe boots.
• Willing to submit to a drug screen.

Pay rate : $12.00 per hour

Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday. 1st Shift 8:00 am to 4:00 pm ,
