We are currently hiring Warehouse/Production Associates with a company located in Burlington, NJ. This company is a warehouse/distribution center for a large nationally known clothing retailer. As a Warehouse/Production Associate you have the opportunity to work for a world class employer. Employees will be responsible for performing duties to assist with daily warehouse functions. 1st and 2nd shift positions are currently available, with possible overtime and weekends. Starting pay rate is $8.50 to $11.00 (depending upon shift) per hour. These are temporary to hire opportunities. Employees are immediately eligible for benefits with Spartan Staffing.



1 st shift – 7:30am to 3:45pm

2 nd shift – 4:00pm to 12:30 am

3rd shift - 11:30pm to 7:30am

Job Duties as a Warehouse/Production worker can include:

Material Handlers - Loads, unloads, and moves materials within the warehouse, performing any combination of following duties: reads work order or follows oral instructions to determine materials or containers to be moved. Must be able to operate a stand up reach truck and sit down forklift.

Pickers – pull inventory and package in a fast paced, high volume environment from printed pick lists

General Warehouse – assisting warehouse/distribution center with daily activities by loading and unloading trucks and assisting with special packaging

In this Warehouse/Production Associate position you should:

- Be able to stand for an 8 hour shift

- Be able to lift 40lbs

- Have good dexterity and hand/eye coordination

- Have previous warehouse experience – prior inventory experience is a plus

- Be able to perform tasks in a fast paced environment
