We are currently hiring for Machine Operators in Shawnee, OK area for TDK Manufacturing!
Your pay and shift for the Machine Operator will be :
Pay Rate: 1st shift: $8.75 per hour
2nd shift: $9.20 per hour
3rd shift: $9.25 per hour
Hours: 1st shift: 6:45am to 3:15pm
2nd shift: 2:45pm to 11:15pm
3rd shift: 10:45pm to 7:15am
Referral Bonus $50
Bi-weekly Retention Bonus $50
As a Machine Operator you will be :
- Maintain adequate amount of product on the feed end of the grinder machine
- Close out lots and move to the holding area
- Bring fired parts to grinder and verify count
- Close out traceability flow sheets
- Transport finished product to the holding area
- Check status of lots being ground
In this Machine Operator role the following is required :
- Previous experience in industrial, manufacturing or warehouse environments
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to lift 25lbs throughout shift and stand entire time
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Committed to safety and quality
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (overtime and weekends)
