Pro Staff is seeking a CNC Programmer/Operator for a manufacturing company located in Seagoville, TX. Functions of this job are as posted below: -Replaces worn tools -Familiar with cutting speeds, feed rates, depth of cuts and cutting tools to be used on basis of experience and knowledge of metal properties -Set up and operates CNC mills, lathes and other machining equipment. Edit programming new and existing product improve operational efficiency. Essential Functions: -Must be able to read and understand blue prints -Must be able to stand on concrete for long periods of time -Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds -Must be able to set up and operates two machines -Must be able to read and understand blue prints -Must be able to use various measuring and test instruments This position is in need of candidates with Gibbs programing. Consider this more of a need than a preference. Requirements: Has High School Diploma or GED. Has 5 plus years set up and operating experience in a CNC Machine Shop Environment. Has 5 years programming experience with Fanuc and/or Mazatrol Controls Ability to interpret complex blueprints and apply a variety of geometric & trigonometric principles Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures Ability to handle multiple and frequently changing priorities A criminal background and drug screen will be administered.
