Labor & Delivery Nurse - (LD RN)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 12 N Pay Rate: $31.00 *
This top-ranked Labor and Delivery (LD) unit is ready to welcome a new member to their team. With patient care deeply rooted in compassion, innovation and passion for great outcomes, the choice LD RN will find a challenging and rewarding environment. If you are a compassionate and experienced LD RN, ready to join a caring staff within beautiful surroundings, this is the role for you! Aproximate # of Births Per Month 60.
Labor and delivery (LD) nurses provide care to women and their newborns during the antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum and neonatal stages. They provide support and monitor vital signs of the mother and baby during birth and deal with any potential problems. They may also provide support and education to mothers and their families after giving birth. LD nurses are found in hospitals, clinics and physician offices, and maternity or birthing centers.
Required Qualifications
1. TX or Compact license
2. 3 years of exp - Must be able to work L&D, PP, Newborn Nursery
3. BLS, NRP, Fetal Monitoring
C-section experience
*TRAVEL EXP
Preferred Qualifications
1. ACLS is a plus
