Production Supervisor - Full-time

Must follow instructions/directions of the following:

4. CFP Co-Workers/Environment

5. Employee must follow chain of command

6. Employee must adhere to directions from management personnel

• Review processing schedules and production orders to make decisions concerning inventory re-equipments, staffing requirements, work procedures, and duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints.
• Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
• Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, and other operational reports, to detect production problems.
• Train and evaluate staff and resolve personnel grievances.
• Set and monitor product standards, examining samples of raw products or directing testing during processing, to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality.
• Prepare and maintain production reports
• Coordinate and recommend procedures for facility and equipment maintenance or modification, including the replacement of machines.
• Achieve department and plant goals for safety, quality and productivity.
• Promote clean and safe work areas by continuously checking for hazardous conditions.
• Direct production personnel to maintain product quality and meet customer requirements.

Job Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Subject to a criminal background check
• Subject to a drug screen
• Must have the ability to, bend, squat, kneel, twist and stand for extended periods of time.
• Must have the ability to record and maintain accurate records.
• Must be capable of working 8-12 hour shifts
• Must have good communication skills
