Provide a quality and friendly experience to every guest and insure you have met all expectations.  Greet every guest with a smile, greeting, and offer a sample. Upsell specific items, daily specials, to add value to every transaction.  Present a professional appearance and adhere to the Auntie Anne’s dress code.  Have the ability to develop positive working relationships with all Team Members and help others as needed or requested. Follow all sanitation and hygiene requirements set forth in store policies and assigned to you.  Have the ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to your Team Members and to our guests.  Be able to exhibit a cheerful and helpful attitude and a positive attitude to all assignments.  Be able to adapt to changing customer traffic with the sense of urgency required.  Have the ability to be cross trained in all areas of the bakery/store.  Be able to operate a cash register and accurately give change.  Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Must have 1 or more years experience in the fast food industry
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must  be 18+ years old
