About this job

Must be able to perform all duties required of Crew Members (See Description of Crew Member).

Direct and coordinate the activities of Crew Members when assigned as Team Leader.

Promptly handle all customer concerns by meeting all of their needs and expectations.

Monitor all procedures, quality and guest services, and correct as required.

Adhere to opening/closing procedures in accordance with food preparation guidelines and maintenance and cleaning procedures.

Responsible for store funds during shift, safe and registers, accurately run register reports and complete daily sales reports.

Responsible for completing HAACP reports and food handling reports on a daily basis.

Perform other duties as directed by Manager of Asst. Manager

Qualifications:

The personal traits of all Auntie Anne’s employees (positive, teachable, outgoing) you must have ability to develop skills in leadership, communication, interpersonal relations, and organization.  Must possess basic math skills and be attentive to detail.  Exhibit a professional appearance and demeanor and be positive with Team Members and Guests.  Have the ability to be cross trained in all areas of the Store/Bakery.

Physical Demands of the Job:

Must be able to stand for long periods, work with urgency as the traffic changes, and work long hours if required.   Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

  • Hours: Must be Flexible and available to work weekdays and weekends
  • Must have 1 or more years experience in the fast food industry.
  • Must have transportation
  • Minimum Age: 18+
