Clinical Coordinator - Full-time / Part-time

SC MENTOR is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to assess the ongoing need for therapeutic services at a client’s current level of care, coordinate services provided to clients and ensure the quality of care delivered. This individual may also provide therapeutic services to clients. This position works exclusively within the Community Based Preventive Services Program in the Marion, SC area.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Human Service field required
• One year relevant experience working with population served.
