We currently have an opportunity in our Austin office for an Account Coordinator to be the day-to-day liaison for our clients in need of corporate apartments. In this role, you will impact every aspect of the office by building and maintaining relationships with our clients to promote future business, with our subprojects to get the best available rates and terms, and with the internal team to provide a smooth and consistent flow of information.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to leads generated by Oakwood Associates
  • Facilitate the sales process to include developing sales solutions, closing sales opportunities, negotiating pricing and providing outstanding customer service and follow-up
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and Oakwood business partners
  • Partner with outside sales representatives to ensure sales efforts are maximized and opportunities uncovered
  • Communicate Oakwood's value proposition to customers
  • Propose solutions to customers after determining their requirements and expectations
  • Inform customers of potential add-on sales and offer promotions
  • Provide accurate information regarding properties, pricing and availability
  • Partner with Operations in providing a customer experience that exceeds the customer's expectations
  • Maintain online property profiles

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in an inside sales role, prospecting role or customer interacting role
  • Proven persuading and influencing skills on the phone
  • Experience in hospitality, apartment management or real estate is a plus
  • Possess strong telephone skills with the ability to identify key issues, evaluate facts and recommend appropriate action
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Internet Explorer
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
