Night Audit Position

 32-40 hours a week .

We are looking for someone that can provide exceptional customer service, with an engaging personality and will exceed guest expectations.

Individual needs to be available to work holidays and weekends. 
Prefer someone with hotel experience or experience in the customer service industry.

Must be reliable and have a verifiable track record for attendance/punctuality and have reliable transportation.

Prefer a candidate who would be available to be trained to work 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm shift and be able to fill in these shifts on occasion when needed.

Job duties include:

 Answering phones,  booking reservations, greeting/checking in guests upon arrival, checking out guests, balancing a cash drawer, running the night audit, entering information into an excel  type spreadsheet, and completing other assigned duties. Maintain order and cleanliness at the front desk.  Position requires the ability to give attention to detail and to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently. 

Requires ability to walk and stand during entire working period of 8 hours; requires ability to lift 10 - 15 pounds on occasion.

  Pay is based on previous front desk hotel experience.
