Elevation Burger is looking for Shift Leaders.
A successful candidate will need to bring a great deal of energy and enthusiasm to each and every shift. This individual must be proficient in time management, problem solving and organizational management. Attention to details and follow through will also be attributes that will make this manager successful. We are looking for "students of the hospitality industry", who want to learn and progress in their restaurant career. As an independent operation you will work with ownership and the management team to accomplish the company's goals.
Open availability is a must!
The Shift Leader position exists to provide leadership and guidance to the staff. The operations are predicated upon a structured group of checklists that are in place to hold all staff accountable.
