Store Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Drive sales and achieve personal and store goals
• Manage all aspects of a product driven retail operation to provide exceptional customer service
• Represent Hancock Fabrics’ values, emphasizing a positive work environment that is fun and creative
• Show pride in your work and a passion for the product and your business
• Train and develop great teams using frequent and honest communication
• Discuss business related issues with the District Manager

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Retail experience a plus (5 years prior Retail management experience required)
• Demonstrate a high level of energy, drive and initiative
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
