Our Supervisors/Assistant Managers are hands-on and in charge of 'Delivering the Vibe' to our guests. What does that mean? It means you run shifts focused on superior service, superior sandwiches and superior training to ensure superior profitability. You work with and lead a team of 'wich' makers, hosts and cashiers to ensure great food in a unique, fast, casual environment. It also means you get bonuses based on performance and the ability to take on more responsibility as you help us grow. Supervisors/Assistant Managers will also be hands on at the Iowa City Which Wich as well so reliable transportation is a must. Supervisors/Assistant Managers can work a variety of shifts to fit your schedule: open/day shift, night shift and/or weekends.
