LGC is a well established Hospitality Staffing company. We are seeking to find an individual who is well organized and has the ability to hold themselves accountable. Our office is a lively and fast paced environment, and no 2 days in our office are never exactly the same! We would like someone who has an outgoing, professional personality, and can think on their feet as well!
What type of experience are we looking for?
The ideal candidate has either sales, customer service, staffing, and/or recruiting experience, and Hospitality/Food and Beverage experience is a major bonus!
What would some of the daily responsibilities be?
-The recruitment, screening, and hiring of new applicants
-Staffing/scheduling our employees at their best fitting location
-Facilitating on-site event coordination at our valued client's facilities
-Conducting direct sales to prospective and current clients
-Meeting and exceeding our weekly company goals
This position is perfect for a recent college graduate who is looking to gain immense valuable experience, all while having the opportunity to "climb the ladder" and receive performance based promotions.
