Job Description: Selected candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and grounds maintenance of apartment complex.
Pay Rate: $8.50/hour!
Shift/Hours: 1st Shift - Mon – Fri – 25-35 hours per week!
Job Requirements:
- Perform custodial and/or grounds keeping chores to maintain all assigned areas in a clean and orderly fashion.
- Experience in apartment maintenance or related field preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds
- Have a valid driver license and reliable transportation
- Strong self-management and organizational skills
- Work will be conducted mostly outside of the complex area
Ideal Candidates:
- Adhere to safety at all times
- Have reliable transportation to get to/from job site
- Individuals with cell phones have opportunity to receive text alerts
