Assistant Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Job Duties:

• Provide customers with fast, friendly, courteous and efficient service
• Operate all assigned equipment (cash register, lottery terminal, etc) accurately and efficiently
• Training, developing and motivating employees
• Monitor cash levels and other safety and security issues
• Completes required paperwork accurate and timely per company standards
• Monitors age-restricted sale compliance
• Maintain company image standards
• Ensure proper product prices and execution of marketing plans
• Ensure job assignments are completed correctly
• Ordering, stocking and cleaning
• Demonstrates and promotes teamwork
• Follows all company policies and procedures
• Create and maintain a safe working environment
• Administrative duties assigned by Store Manager
• Assume Store Manager's duties when Store Manager is not present

• Excellent Attendance
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand up for at least an 8 hour shift
• Repetitive standing, stooping, bending and reaching as necessary
• Must be able to properly lift, pull and push up to 50 lbs.
• Must perform basic mathematics
• Must have cash handling skills
