* Hands on food preparation approximately 80% of the time and administrative responsibilities for the remaining 20%
* Overseeing the producation and quality of food as well as the cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, and facilities
* Planning, directing, and coordinating activities of the Dining Services Department and providing food services for residents, guests, and employees according to state regulations and guidelines
