Accounts Receivable Specialist - Full-time / Part-time

PrideStaff Financial is actively seeking the right individual that possesses a dynamic skill set that fits well within the company's accounts receivable department. The right candidate must possess the necessary skills to do the job, but further have an understanding of how cash flow effects every aspect of the business. The specific responsibilities are listed below.

• Perform account reconciliations and clear accounts receivable aging
• Maintain customer accounts with accurate information
• Perform accounts receivable review to prepare weekly collections report
• Process and report debit and credit memos
• Work closely with management to improve current processes and implement new more efficient procedures that will lower DSO
• Responsible for monthly reporting of cash flow statements
• Maintain accuracy of accounts receivable sub ledger

• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting preferred
• 3-5 years experience required
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel
