• Continually provide guests a clean and safe bar area
• Welcome EVERY guest with their shining personality
• Assist the guest in enjoying their food and beverage in a way the guest sees fit
• Operate the Point of Sale System (Fixed and Handheld)
• Recognize special occasions and build relationships
• Perform side work as assigned
• Process EVERY payment in a timely fashion
• Maintain bar by removing unused or dirty glasses and tableware
• Provide guest with ever thing they need before they ask (clean silverware, condiments etc…)
• Prepare every beverage per recipe in a timely fashion
• Provide recommendations for “new favorites”
• Master the menu inside and out
• Own and solve any guest issue with the guest’s loyalty in mind

• Follow all applicable laws for sale and service of alcohol
• Follow health and sanitation standards

• Bartenders stand and walk a lot up and down stairs
• Bartenders are responsible for setting up and cleaning their station
• Bartenders are responsible for safely cutting fresh fruit with a knife
• Bartenders will work inside and outside
• Bartenders are responsible for working safely with chemicals
• Bartenders will work in a sometimes stressful environment
• Bartenders will help in every way to ensure the guest has a positive experience
