OUR SIMPLE DUITIES

• Continually maintain a clean, safe and sanitary station
• As a Set up and break down dish machine and tree compartment sink
• Properly clean and sanitize all table wear and utensils
• Continually monitor dish machine for clean water and proper gauge and chemical levels
• Restocks all areas of the restaurant with clean table wear and utensils
• Takes out the trash
• Properly cleaning up all spills
• Communicate quietly while working on the Line
• Properly clean and maintain equipment
• Assist Prep Cooks and Line Cooks when necessary with food preparation
• Own and solve any guest issue with the guest’s loyalty in mind.

OUR POINTS OF INTEGRITY

• Follow all applicable laws for sale and service of alcohol
• Follow health and sanitation standards

OUR OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Dishwashers stand and walk a lot up and down stairs
• Dishwashers are responsible for setting up and cleaning their station
• Dishwashers are responsible for safely carrying heavy tableware and utensils
• Dishwashers are responsible for safely working and cleaning hot and sharp equipment
• Dishwashers will work in hot kitchens and cold Walk-Ins and Freezers
• Dishwashers are responsible for working safely with chemicals
• Dishwashers will work in a sometimes stressful environment
