We are currently hiring shift leaders who have previous shift leader experience in our San Diego regions.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
Make daily decisions regarding time management and support of team members; uphold company standards, product quality, service, cleanliness standards; must have a sense of urgency.
Motivate, teach and develop team through leading by example and delivering outstanding guest service.
Ensure team members deliver high quality food in a highly energetic, enthusiastic yet professional manner.
Assist management in maximizing the financial success of the store by ensuring productive shifts.
Handle cash and maintain accurate shift accounting. Follow internal cash handling policy accurately.
