Remedy Intelligent Staffing is seeking a Sanitation Technician candidate for a full time, temp-to-hire opportunity with one of our valued food processing clients in Wausau. Qualified applicants should have previous experience in sanitation in a food processing plant. This opportunity provides a full benefits package upon hire and growth opportunity. Responsibilities:
- You will be directly responsible for maintaining proper sanitation of slicing and packaging equipment. Ensuring everything in contact with product is sanitized properly
- You will be performing duties such as: scrubbing, brushing, and using a pressure washer on production equipment and utensils.
- Determine chemicals used to clean depending on the area to be cleaned
Requirements:
- Qualified applicants must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must be able stand on concrete floors for up to 10 hours daily
- Good hand dexterity and ability to reach with both arms , bend and twist continuously
