Full Charge Bookkeeper – F/C Bookkeeper



PrideStaff Financial, a specialized Accounting and Financial recruitment team, seeks a Full Charge Bookkeeper. This Full Charge Bookkeeper will be reporting directly to the owner of the company and funnel all information to their CPA. This full charge bookkeeper will be the sole accounting department. Pay of the position is based on experience-up to $17.00/hour.

Full Charge Bookkeeper – F/C Bookkeeper

Job Duties:

As the Full Charge Bookkeeper you will be responsible for the following tasks to include but not limited to:

Processing and input of all Accounts Payables & Receivables.

In-house payroll for up to 20 Employee’s

Compile and post all Journal Entries

Prepare all Financial Statements for the CPA

Bank Statements Reconciliation

Review and Reconciliation on all Expense and Liability Accounts

All Quarterly Reporting - Payroll and Sales and Government reporting.

Full Charge Bookkeeper – F/C Bookkeeper

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 4+ years’ experience

QuickBooks software a plus

Strong Excel skills

Accrual Based Accounting

Sales Tax Reporting
